Coach’s Comments: "Rossana is an exceptional and athletic setter that has solid setting technique, court awareness, and discipline to go with her great leaping ability, quickness, consistency and aggressiveness. She has the ability to run a faster tempo offense and is able to place the ball to her hitters in and out of system at any time. Rossana possesses strong court leadeship with the ability to read defenses and provide the right set to the right hitter and attack the ball when the situation allows."

Her 1,539 assists placed her third in the nation and her 11.84 assists per set was tops in the nation. She was also first in the region in total assists and assists per set, total aces, and in aces per set. Her 95 aces rank her third all-time in Cowley history in total aces in a season. Before Cowley: Prepped at Liceo Scientifico A. Calini in Brescia, Italy. Having a stellar career in her home country, she now brings her experience to Cowley. In 2015, she was selected a provincial selection of Brescia. From 2017-2019 she played for Promoball VBF – Flero (Brescia) C series, where she was a Provincial Champion and served as a team captain. In 2020-21, she played for CBL Costa Volpino, B1 series (high level league).
