Lady Tiger cross country team named to list of All-Academic Teams
Finishing with a grade point average of 3.73, the Cowley College women’s cross country squad made the list of All-Academic Teams for the 2025 NJCAA Women’s Cross Country season as announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

To qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period, among other requirements. The Lady Tigers had the fifth-highest GPA among all NJCAA schools and finished in a tie for third at the national meet.
"We strive to be the best student-athletes we can be," Cowley head coach Cameron Rieth said.
Members of the Lady Tiger cross country team are Pauline Althoff, Euvia Bennett, Zuzana Bokova, Daynel Calvo, Jasmine Calvo, Linda Filipova, and Marta Herrero-Lombardo.
