A long sprinter to mid-distance runner stretching up to the 5k for cross country. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and spirit will be huge assets for our Lady Tigers. As she gets fitter and more confident at the 5k distance, she will be one to watch out for.

Finishing with a grade point average of 3.73, the Cowley College women’s cross country squad made the list of All-Academic Teams for the 2025 NJCAA Women’s Cross Country season as announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Running on snow and ice, the Cowley College women’s cross country team had three runners named All-Americans while finishing in a tie for third place out of 44 teams at the NJCAA Division II National Cross Country Championships held Saturday in Fort Dodge, IA.
This past weekend the men's and women's Tiger cross-country teams traveled to Colby, KS to compete in the Region VI / KJCCC Championship.
With only two returning runners on the roster, the Cowley College women’s cross country team will attempt to progress as the season goes along.
