Coach’s Comments: ""Hazel is a naturally talented athlete who is very hard working, dedicated, and coachable that has a quick arm swing and a keen sense for blocking. Her ability to play middle hitter and opposite hitter positions provides us with additional depth and options on set selection for her on the attack. She is a great teammate that puts the team first on and off the court and is still growing in the game."
2025 (Freshman): First season at Cowley.
Before Cowley: Prepped at Henrietta High School in Henrietta, Texas, where she played two seasons of volleyball and two seasons at Friendswood High School. In her senior season, she led her team to a 31-9 record and a Texas 3A District 7 playoff berth. For her efforts, she was named 3A TSWA All-State Honorable Mention, 3A District 7 Newcomer of the Year, 2024 THSCA Academic All-State Second Team, TGCA Academic All-State, Academic All-District, was named to the Nocona Tournament – All-Tournament team, was selected to the On the Sideline All Star Game, and was selected to the Oil Bowl Classic volleyball team. Also, in 2024, she traveled to Hawaii to participate in the NoKaOi Volleyball Tournament Showcase, where her team was Silver Brackett champions. In 2023, she led her team to a Bi-District Volleyball Championship, and in 2022, she led her Houston Stellar club team to a 16U National Qualifier. Off the volleyball court, Dolff was a member of the National Honor Society, named 2024 UIL Academic District, second place overall team, third Biology individual, and third Physics individual. She also participated in softball for one season.

News mentions
Entering the program’s 50th season, high expectations are in store for the Cowley College volleyball program. The team is coming off a very successful 2024 season that resulted in back-to-back undefeated NJCAA National Tournament National Championships, a Plains District Championship, a 41-0 overall record with a 10-0 conference record, and continued the longest consecutive win streak at 81 consecutive matches won.
