Volleyball adds another member to talented recruiting class

The nationally ranked Cowley College volleyball team has signed another member of their 2023 incoming class, Adalee Rosado, from Guayama, Puerto Rico.

Rosado, a 5-foot-5 libero and defensive specialist, prepped at Radians High School, where she played four seasons of volleyball. There, while playing outside hitter and libero, she was named Most Valuable Player three times and named All-Star three times. Rosado also improved her training while playing for various volleyball clubs. Also during her playing career, she was named All-American.

"Adalee is an aggressive and athletic player who comes to Cowley with much experience at the libero and defensive specialist positions," Cowley head coach Steven Gream said. She adds another strong element to our strong back row defense and plays in such a way that you will immediately notice her once she plays on the court. Adalee is very quick to the ball, has a high volleyball IQ, reads the ball well, and has the ability to make a tough play look easy with her excellent ball control. Our fans will see some similarities to Cowley Volleyball alum Alejandra Delgado who attended the same high school as Adalee." 

Rosado is the daughter of Rigoberto Rosado and Ivonne Rivera of Guayama, Puerto Rico.
