With the wins, Cowley is now 5-0 against ranked opponents.
"We struggled to find a good rhythm that first day but I was proud of how we came back that second day and made our presence known," Cowley head coach Jenifer Bahner said.
The win against Iowa Lakes is what impressed Bahner the most.
"I believe Iowa Lakes is one of the top teams in the nation but our defense is what won us that match," Bahner said.
