Dapper Named Women’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week
For the third straight week, Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Women’s Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week honors have been earned by a Cowley College athlete. Lady Tiger sophomore Dakota Dapper took the honors in week three.

Cowley College sophomore Cierra Gray received the award the previous two weeks.
Dapper set a new personal best in the pole vault at the Wichita State University Coach Wilson Invitational with a mark of 3.67 meters (12 ft. - 0.25 in.) to take third overall in the event behind only a pair of Wichita State University athletes. The mark is the second-best in the NJCAA this season and the third-best in Cowley history.
Cloud County's Rafiatu Nuhu was named the Indoor Track Athlete of the Week, as she has now qualified for nationals in six events.
