Justice Circle was elevated to interim head coach of the Cowley College wrestling program for the 2022–23 season after spending two years as an assistant coach. Following a successful campaign that culminated in a 20th-place team finish at the NJCAA National Tournament, he was appointed the program’s full-time head coach, beginning in the 2023–24 season.

In his first season at the helm, Circle led the Tigers to qualify seven wrestlers for the NJCAA Division I National Championships, guiding the team to a 21st-place finish among 55 programs. The following year, he continued the program’s upward trajectory by qualifying eight wrestlers for the national tournament and securing an 18th-place national finish.

A 2019 graduate of Cowley College, Circle competed on the inaugural Tiger wrestling team, becoming a two-time NJCAA national qualifier for Cowley. During his time as a student-athlete, he also served as a resident advisor and earned honor roll recognition. Circle went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Health & Human Performance from Fort Hays State University, where he also received honor roll recognition.

Prior to Cowley, Circle wrestled one year at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, where the team finished as the NJCAA national runner-up. A product of Blackwell High School, he was an Oklahoma State Champion, three-time state qualifier, and an Oklahoma All-State Wrestler.

During his six years on the Cowley coaching staff, Circle has produced 47 national qualifiers and five All-Americans, solidifying his reputation as a dedicated talent developer and a key architect of the program’s continued success.
