Ran as one of Cowley’s top-six runners as a freshman. In his second season as a Tiger, the team will expect him to compete for a top-7 spot and make waves in track in anything from the 600-meter run to possibly the mile.

Getting personal best times throughout its lineup, the NJCAA Division II Cowley College men’s cross country team easily won the conference title and slipped past NJCAA Division I Cloud County by one point to capture the region title Friday at the Jayhawk Conference/Region VI Championships held in El Dorado, KS.
