Cowley College Esports enters fall season after strong qualifiers
Cowley College Esports will open its fall season on September 20, competing in Division I play in Rocket League and Fortnite through PlayVS and the NJCAAE. In voluntary tune-ups ahead of the opener, the Tigers have posted encouraging results—No. 5 in Fortnite and No. 6 in Rocket League entering the season.
"We're proud of the work these student-athletes are putting in," said Jeremy Durham, Cowley Esports coach. "We scrimmaged and played extra qualifiers so we'd know exactly what to expect on day one, and it's paying off."
