Cowley College spirit squad shines at Region VI Championship

The Cowley College spirit squad demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication at the 2025 Region VI Cheer & Dance Championships recently held in Newton, Kansas.

The Tigerettes showcased their versatility and skill by competing in both Hip-Hop and Pom categories, securing a commendable second-place finish in each.

The Cowley cheerleaders also delivered a stellar performance in the Advanced Large Coed division, earning a decisive first-place victory.

Looking ahead, the Tigerettes are set to compete at the prestigious Dance Team Union (DTU) National Championship in Orlando, Florida,  April 12-13. They will showcase their award-winning routines in both Pom and Hip Hop categories.
