Cowley cheer team receives bid to NCA College Nationals

The Cowley College coed cheer team recently attended the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) camp July 24-26 at the University of Central Arkansas. The team worked on new stunts, pyramids, and game day cheers to use during the school year.
The team, which is led by head coach Lindsay Sanderholm and assistant coach Chelsi Turner, received a superior ribbon and trophy for their Game Day Routine, a Spirit Stick, and a bid to the NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL.
The NCA College Nationals will be held April 3-7, 2019.
