Gadiel Baez to assist with Home Run Derby

As part of Major League Baseball's All-Star festivities former Tiger Gadiel Baez, a First Team All-Conference shortstop for the Cowley College baseball team during the 2011 and 2012 seasons, will be pitching to his brother, Javier Baez, during tonight's T-Mobile Home Run Derby. Javier Baez is a second baseman for the Chicago Cubs and one of eight participants in the Home Run Derby held at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C.

The T-Mobile Home Run Derby will begin at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
